I purchased this on 15 OCT.

Since day one it's had clear protective covers on the front and rear, and it's also been inside of a Speck Rugged Case the entire time that I've owned it. So there is absolutely not ONE Scratch on it.

I have the original box, packaging, headphones still in the plastic, and additional cases for it.

I also have the original purchase receipt. The warranty is good until Oct. 16, 2007.

I can leave the music (~4600 songs) and movies on it, or I can restore it for you.
