ok, is the bumpstop mod done to it, and is the blade knide edged?

 

tainted cant buy it...the throttle body opens 100% there is no grinding on the actual bumpstop but the brass arm thingy may have been bent up. let me reiterate it opens 100%. NO electronics come with it just use your old ones. Please somone buy it
