what is included with the bottle heater? relay? wiring? switch? pressure transducer? nitrous line connector (4AN or 6AN?)? dial pressure gauge? do you have pictures?

I need the upper part of the dash which is the hard plastic with the defroster section... Mine cracked a week ago? I dont know why . For a 98 Ta

 

this one is busted too, but the rest of the dash is fine.
