notatruews6 *Bad Seller* : No Refund as of 4-5-07 Still waiting! *UPDATE*
After waiting patiently for 2 ½ months and still have not received what I’ve purchased from seller.

I filed a claim through PayPal, the case was reviewed and a decision was made to grant me a refund.
However, a full refund was not obtained as the seller’s account has insufficient funds to cover my refund.
It’s been 35+ days since I’ve paid for a pair of Bosch 1311 oxygen sensors, and I have not yet received them.
The only info you’ve given me so far is, USPS tracking # which reads;
Label/Receipt Number: 9101 1288 8230 0787 7979 94
Status: Electronic Shipping Info Received
The U.S. Postal Service was electronically notified by the shipper on January 10, 2007 to expect your package for mailing.
This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date. Delivery status information will be provided if /
when available. No further information is available for this item.
I’ve sent you a PM on 1-30-07 & on 2-11-07 requesting further updates, both PM's were unanswered.
I have since purchased these from a sponsor, and would like a refund from you if you can’t deliver in
a timely manner.

If you paid by credit card or paypal, you need to file for a refund and/or dispute. Paypal has a 45 day time limit so you are getting close to the cut off date if you paid that way.

UPDATE. I have been in the hospital for the last 2-1/2 weeks, and hav'nt had any access to a pc. When i got home today, i seen the package i sent the o2's out in sitting on my front porch. I will issue a full refund, Plus $20 for the hassle. again im sorry.

Either 2½ months or 2½ weeks - it doesn't matter. This has been dragging out long enough!
Next post should be either buyer received refund or has not, lets give it 5 days from TODAY (3.23.07).

Furthermore if you sent out the O2’s, why was it still sitting on your front porch and its whereabouts was unknown for over 2 ½ months?

I wonder what his excuse is this time. The simple fact that we were both notified by PayPal of their decision
to grant me my refund on 3-15-07 I still don’t know why you can’t transfer those funds back to my Paypal acct.

Seller needs to get the funds in his Paypal account, buyer won this round against seller.

I highly doubt I could that I could receive two refunds from seller, since this just shows his intent to deliberately ignore my refund.

Someone needs to kick his *** off here!I sent him money on the 9th of Nov. and haven't heard a thing from him. I've tried 3 times to contact him and haven't heard a damn thing. If you read this 99NMB ,I want my money back!!
