Port/Polished T/B pics
I had my throttle body done by a member here and it looks great, here's what he did
- Fully ported removes .120 in ridge
- Fully polished to a mirror finish
- Blade knife-edged
- Throttle shaft cut in half
- Bump-stop mod, 90* blade openin
- No epoxy
Let me know what you think.

I'm going to be installing it later this week, how hard is the install and about how long to do(gotta do it outside in 30* weather till I clean out my garage)?

I did mine in my garage in like 10 mins or less. The most important part is not to tighten the bolts on the manifold to much you will break them in half. I am speaking from expereince. You should get the bolts on there so they are snug then do another 1/4 turn. Nice work!
JerseyLS1TA - glad you are happy with the tb. The hardest part of the swap will be getting off the coolant tubes when its that cold out, you might want to let the car run for a minute to warm them up a little bit. Dont let it run for 5 min and have 180* coolant on your hands.
bczee - I dont cut the screws off just incase the buyer needs to tke them out for any reason down the road. It would be next to impossible to re-thread them without stripping them. Plus how much airflow could they affect.
