Vortech V-2 SQ S-trim Head Unit
Vortech V-2 SQ S-trim Head Unit & FREE Bypass Valve For Sale:
With my hot 383, I outgrew this Vortech V-2 SuperQuiet (SQ) S-trim as soon as I finished the tune on the car.
The head unit has <5K miles on it and is in outstanding condition. No scratches, shaft play or modifications.
It is rated by Vortech for:
Fits engines up to 680 horsepower
Maximum airflow: 1,000 CFM *
Maximum boost pressure: 20 PSI *
My new, larger T-trim got delivered today, so all I have to do is unbolt this unit and box it up.
Summit is selling these new for $1923, and Vortech has a price increase coming in March.
I want to get $1150 for it.
That's the supercharger unit only, plus the free bypass valve.
Brackets available through any Vortech Dealer.
Here's a picture of it last week:
I always run Redline synthetic through the whole system, so the head unit is in prime shape. No track time. 3 dyno passes - the best yielding 501rwhp through a 4L80E, at 5800rpm.
