Easy. Remove the air pump. I'm pulling mine off when I install my headers...if you do a search, I'm sure you'll see where many people have done it. It requires a little more finesse getting the FRCs in and out though.

did you cut off like half of the passenger side one? or would it still be whole with just a cut out for the throttle cable?
