I sent him $130 on 2-10-07. Said he would ship when payment was recieved. I had to pm him back to find out if he had shipped yet, he responded several days later and said the weather was bad and he was not able to ship and he would ship on tuesday 2-17. Since then he had cancelled his emil and will not respond to my pms. He has logged on several times since then and has not even bothered to open my pms that i have sent him. I have tried to resolve this issue with him but he will not respond so i have filed a claim with paypal and my cc as well. This is just to warn others about this guy to use caution when ordering things from this guy. I would recomend to anyone about to purchase something on here to check the members feedback just to find out if others have had problems with seller. I have had 25 transactions some buying and some selling and never had a problem. Here is his information if it helps anyone:

UPDATE: I have recieved my refund in full like he said he would it took some time but im glad this is over. If anyone has purchased anything from him i would recomend giving him a call (number located a few posts down) if he is not home talk to his mother she was verry helpfull and a great lady to talk to. Thanks again to DevilBird, Strini SS, cyphur for leaving this post open in its wrong place until this got resolved, god knows i would not have been able to get this resolved without the replies of everyone on here, they were verry helpfull. Again thanks to everyone for there help and support and hopefully no one else will have to start another one of these threads about this.

Cancle the thread, but I sure the hell wouldn't change the feedback. Just because he eventually ships the item, doesn't make your transaction any less difficult. I'd leave the feedback negative and if there's a comment section, explain why.

 

noone reads the comment section, i say leave it.

File a complaint with your local cops. Then you file a complaint with cops in his area. Go to the PSBI and file a complaint for internet fraud, theft, and any other charge you can muster. Drop the 25 bucks or so for an online investigation into this person's place of employment. Call them, tell them the situation. Call everyone with the last name Maggeo in that state, can't be very many. Ask if they are related, tell them how big of a **** box he is. If you don't get your money, you can at least have the sanctity of knowing everyone in his life knows he is as worthy as a dog's boner.

 

I have all his personal info, i have given it to a cop friend and he will let me know monday all the goodies he finds. It was only $120 but he also scamed another guy out of $300 i pm him to get the details and he also started a thread in the members feedback. I know that the mods will remove this but i wanted to warn as many people as i could before they do that. Thanks for your support and hopefully he will come clean to fix this. thanks again

dude tried to sell me some coated "pacesetters" for real cheap. he seemed fishy so i searched around on him and saw that he nailed a few others already. then i asked to see a pic of the headers and he sent a pic of hookers so i knew it was all b.s.
good luck getting the p.o.s. though. sucks that there's people like that here.

Just to give the heads up; another member contacted me and said this i will leave his name out of it:"I just wanted to let you know he said he was going to sell it to me on 2-24 but I was a little hesitant with his neg feedback and held off sending the money for a couple of day and found one locally. You might want to file with paypal if that's how you paid him." So he is still trying to scam other members. Also it only a mater of time before he changes his account and starts a new so be carefull of new sellers. He usually lingeres arround the wanted section because of his low post count and tries to sell his ghost merchandice that way. Be carefull

 

Thanks for the warning. The member feedback is always where I look first before buying anything, either here or ebay, etc...if he had no feedback when you bought something, then you took a chance and it turned out bad. Sorry for ya man. I wish everyone was as honest as the rest of us.

I can't believe this is going on again. He pulled the same stuff with me on a LS6 intake that he sold to many members but never sent the parts. I was able to get my money back from him by calling his house and leaving a message that the local detectives were going to follow up on my complaints. Why hasn't he been banned long ago? He was using the name "clutch chatter" then or something like that. He will respond to direct force and paypal complaints.

 

Already have paypal claim filed, as well as a cc charge back with my bank. Im going to call his house first, then im going to call his local law enforcement and file a report that he never had intentions of sending parts and that he intentionally riped me off (FRAUD) so hopefully he will just send money back before i have to report it to his police dept.
