I am near San Antonio. I could potentially ship the shortblock but buyer pays shipping.

they should just need a line hone. do you want me to take it apart before hand to verify this?

If the heads are off, just rotate the crank manually and inspect them. What was that nature of the engine failure? overrevving? miss a gear, etc?

Sorry I did not see your post there. No it is not. That shortblock is still together with the stock internals which I believe to have a spun rod bearing as stated. My apologies there.

Even better, this way it can get a little bore/hone to accomodate my new forged goodies! Im pretty much locked on this, just want some verification that the cyl walls arent scratched. Turn over the engine by hand and inspect is all il need. Otherwise im going to be rather upset that i drove 1000 miles for pure junk, haha.

Someone is picking up the motor either tonight or tomorrow. If it falls through I will let you know.
