This is the OEM factory original part. GM part number 25170361. (GM identifies this part as "Support".) It holds the air filter and the air lid. Connects to crossmember with 4 bolts. (bolts, clips, filter and lid not included.) ......

If your lower air box is damaged, discolored, cracked or needs to be replaced for any reason, this part is brand new and in the original box from GM Parts Direct. GM Dealer price for this item is $125. GM Parts Direct price is $94 shipped. .......

The air intake opening is 16" x .5" making a total air intake area of 8 square inches.
