I have a Art Carr 4L60E LS1 style converter that I had Art Carr do a restall on and I got it back and never removed it from the box or put it on the car. It is stalled for 3200 RPM but the wey Art Carr described it, it depends on how much power you have as to where it will actaully flash at. I am trying to sell the converter from Art Carr I am looking to get 400 plus shipping thanks and let me know if you are interested, I will also have a Precision Eng. Vigilante for sale pretty soon I am going away from the 4L60E and going to the TH400 so I won't be needing the 4L60E converters much longer
