Default Removing dash vent from 4th gen pontiac?

How in the heck do you remove the center dash vents from a 4th gen firebird? I've got a 94' Trans Am, and the things just do not come out. I am wanting to install a sat radio there.

Anyone have any ideas of how it comes out, or where else to put the radio?

Thanks.

Are you certain? I was pulling on them fairly hard. Another guy said he broke one trying to remove it, he quit after that.

I used a small flat screwdriver to help pry them out. They have some plastic tabs that kind of bite into the dash padding, the screwdriver helped release them and they came out fairly easy.
