Yes it comes with the bolts i actually just had new ones delivered. I had lost them so i replaced them. I will get pics when i get home i am going out and won't be back for at least 4-5 hours so i will get back with you.

 

Bump... Both sets of gears are sold and the T/A cover is pending sale. I tried to edit my post but there is an error every time i try.
