would this be a direct bolt on to a 99 formula ls1 or would there be other parts i would need to install, also would i need a tune after doing this?

 

I assume your talkin about the Manifold? The maniflod will bolt up just fine all you will need is to modify your PCV system Ws6store sells the kit with the needed parts for $40, and if your confused about install LS1howto.com has a great write-up on the install. You would benift from a tune as with most all mods, but you certainly dont need one.

I can do 340 shipped. What gaskets are you refering to? I comes with the TB gasket in the picture.

concerning the throttle body, any mods need to be made for a 98? I know that the arms for the 98-99's are different than the 00-02's.

 

The TB will fit 98-02, so it will bolt right up.
