what all is included with the rear end? brakes, backing plates? And does it have axles, and just no reluctors or no axles and no reluctors? also im guessing the rear originally had TCS?

Axles are included, no reluctor rings, no backing plates.
It did have TCS, a sensor to the rear of each backing plate.

How many qt oil pan? If not demensions of sump?? I need Vette style but was told in some TA and Camaro's??? Sump is approx 7 1/2 deep and about 11" long.

If you have this I will take ASAP!!
