This is/was a great first turbo kit to get acquainted with forced induction. Affordable, easy to install, keeps the A/C, but limits you to about 550rwhp (dynojet). Many people have run alot more than 550 on this kit but it is really meant for someone who wants to have a Turbo Car and not deal with an upraded fuel system and having to install a forged motor and all other costs associated with big power. This kit keeps the A/C, doesn't require you to pull the front bumper off to install the intercooler and is the upgraded kit with the larger 2.5" log and 3" downpipe. Here is a rundown of whats included:
-PTE-T67 turbo. Perfect size for this kit, INSTANT spool time! Only 4000mi.
-.96 exhaust housing
-(local only) 2000 factory exhaust manifold- several coats of 2000 degree heat paint. (not local: costs alot to ship. You can use yours.)
-2.5" crossover
-2.5" log.
-3" downpipe
-Custom 3" intermediate pipe that connects the downpipe all the way back to your catback.
-The I-pipe also has a nicely welded cutout that exits under the driver door. It really lets you hear the turbo spool up! Electric cutout IS in included.
-Intercooler good up to 650rwhp. It is smaller than most but extremely high quality and not cheap!
-All cold side piping, clamps, couplers
-Big Tial 46mm wastegate
-Loud blow-off valve. Don't know what brand but sounds awesome.
-Turbo Oil Feed line and fittings, -4an braided SS
-Turbo Oil Drain line including oil pan fitting
-Power steering lines
-Polished Radiator cover
-Aluminum blocks to space sway bar
-Pass. side Alt bracket
-Red MSD plug wires
-Plug wire heat sleeves
-Original rubber elbow replaced with matching silicone hose. Not a cheap piece ($90) as it connects straight from the MAF to the TB with no reducers or extra clamps. Looks much, much cleaner and flow path is smoothed.
My car on a Mustang dyno made 540rwhp/650rwtq or approx 600rwhp/700+ rwtq on a dynojet. And, it made peak torque at 3750rpms = FUN street car.
I recommend keeping the kit at a safe level on a stock motor at 500rwhp/600rwtq.
Ryan K's car with this kit but with a T-76 just went 10.02 @ 138mph!
https://ls1tech.com/forums/drag-racing-results/581668-doh-10-002-138mph.html
Price is $3350 shipped obo. Shipping will be approx $100.
Don't forget it includes alot of the extra: QTP cutout, BMR polished radiator cover, alternator bracket. And let me say that this is a very nice OEM quality bracket. It does not use box tubing like others that I have seen.
This is a complete kit minus the 90* silicone elbow/air filter.
Edit: I just want to reitterate that this kit is in great shape and includes a lot of extras that would really add up. You won't be surprised like most people when they get the base kit and have to spend another grand on miscellaneous pieces. Cutout: $150, BMR polished radiator cover: $100, Alternator bracket (and NOT crap-looking boxed tubing): $150, MSD plug-wires: $60, Pluh wire heat-sleeves: $35, I-pipe (most kits downpipes stop under the K-member): $200, Power steering lines: $80, Turbo Oil feed and drain both with fittings: $70, and a PTE-67mm turbo with only 4000miles on it, still looks new.

No, sorry, it will not work on an LT1. The exhaust ports on the heads are completely different.
For everyone wanting pictures: Click on the very first sentence of the post that says, "see pictures here." LOL
. Once you click on that website, it will bring you to a page that will lead you to a downloadable zip file. There are 34 pictures in the zip file of the turbo kit and everything included. Thanks.

xlr8z28: If you don't have your passenger side exhaust manifold anymore then I can send you mine. I just didn't want to have to pay for shipping on an item that heavy if I didn't have to.

Lots and lots of questions about the kit through PM. Seems like everyone is debating on whether they want to go all-motor with Heads/Cam or Turbo. I crossed this exact same bridge so here was my logic when I made this purchase.
Heads/Cam/Header/Intake/TB car costs as much or more as this kit and results in 420-450rwhp and even less torque. Huge cams are going to require a heavy duty valvetrain that is going to sound like a sewing machine and the cam itself is going to be loud, lopey, shake the car, and even with the best tune will still not be very streetable (if your Mom refuses to drive it then it's not streetable.)
You can bolt this kit on in 6 hours or less if you know what you are doing, or over the weekend if you're not as mechanically inclined as some people and with the obvious supporting mods: injectors, fuel pump, clutch, tune... the same things you would have to buy with a heads/cam car, you have a stock-block-reliable, and street-friendly set-up of 500rwhp and 600rwtq. You can retain stock street manners AND GAS MILEAGE and as much as I like the sound of a lopey cam, it doesn't hold a candle to the sound of the turbo whistling at a stoplight or the blow-off-valve when driving around town.
If you're already head/cam and want to go Forced Induction, this is a great kit to get accustomed to FI. I say that because most people end up getting the bug (like me) and go for more power. I am going for 850rwhp but it's costing me $20k+ after motor, kit, fuel system, tranny, clutch, rear, suspension, etc. Thats because once you pass those boundaries you have to revamp everything or else destruction will domino. But for the average person, 500rwhp/600rwtq is enough to kill just about anything on the street.
If you have any questions about the kit or doubts about going FI or anything else, give me a shout on PM. I will be more than happy to speak with you about it. Thanks- Mike.

Still for sale you low-horsepowered panzies.... Grow some ***** and make some real horsepower before I put this kit on my girlfriends WS6. How big would you feel if you got punked out in your head/cam car by a girl with a Pewter car, chrome 19's, and a pink stuffed animal cat with a "Bad Girl" t-shirt on hanging from the rearview mirror? lol Thats pretty funny... and I'm just talking to myself now.

You don't need a forged motor with this kit. It is meant for someone only wanting 500rwhp... an alternative to going head/cam... and for less money than heads/cam. Rob raymor has made 750+rwhp with this kit with an 88mm turbo and Ryan K has made 650+rwhp and run over 138mph with this kit with a T76! But in my opinion, it wasn't intended for that much power. I ran 600rwhp with it on 93 pump. I was going to run methanol for 650rwhp which is about the limit of the turbo but decided to get a different kit to reach my goal of 850rwhp. I figure thats good for 1000 flywheel hp.

I think everyone is in love with the idea of a turbo kit and this kind of power but all I have gotten so far is about 75 or so PM's about the kit and maybe three guys who are serious but still not ready. I knew I should of put it up for sale during tax season. You bunch of broke-*** members. lol.

PM sent.
