Default no c/f day for me :(

put my new cam in last night, started it this morning and had some weird noises but all guages were fine, so i went to bring it home and lost 10psi of oil pressure. i figured it was just the pick up o-ring so i stopped at my parents house which is like 2.5 miles from daves to see if maybe i had missed something when we reassembled everything. went to restart it and i got a mean *** back fire through the intake so i put it on jack stands and called the gm dealership for new gaskets and seals. took it apart a found that the cam timing was off by two degrees and now i have a broken valve (maybe more i havent taken the head off yet). stupid mistake on my part should have payed a little more attention. so if any one has some 241 heads or ls6 heads let me know.

Sorry to hear that bud I know you were stoked about getting it all set when we were talking. On the bright side though broken parts mean time for upgrades

FYI, if you bent a valve, i.e. kissed a piston, magnaflux the piston you can get the kit from Eastwood. I used and it works mint!
