It is the plate only. It goes between the Throttle body and the intake. I sprayed 250 through this thing no problem. 150 on the first stage and 100 on the second. It retails from Nitro Daves Nitrous Outlet for 350.00.

For what its worth, Camaro Brian with the Turbo Small block has 6 - 10 10lb bottles for sale, I have about 16 feet of extra line, 1 fuel solenoid and some misc. switches. I think you could get a big jump on piecing a system together cheap.
