Yeah they do. It's a really nice piece but I don't think it will work for your combo, unless Synergy can change the way it was programmed. IDK

So the 2-step will be a plug-n-play piece. I suppose Synergy makes a nitrous model?

Its a plug in play with the PCM connecting pins. Solder the wire to the connecting pin and simply plug in to the PCM. Yes Synergy makes a nitrous model, but I'm 99% sure you can send a model into Synergy and they can reconfigure it to your current needs.
