Default Innovate Wideband products and Gauges in stock! Save $30!

Hi gang,

Due to the increasing popularity of Innovate wideband products and gauges, we are now stocking several of their gauge packages and wideband O2 systems. For a limited time, we are offering several of the gauge packages for $259! That's $30 or over 10% off the regular price!

A lot of people don't realize that several factors contribute to the safety of your modified LS1. While ignition timing and grade of gasoline are two major factors in a motor's propensity to detonate, proper air/fuel ratio is perhaps the biggest reason a car will leave a dyno and make great, safe power, but not provide the same power or safety on the street.

This can happen for a number of different reasons, including different loading on the street vs. a dyno, or issues that tend to crop up over extended driving (heating of the gasoline and fuel pump, resulting in leaner than expected air/fuel). The bottom line is that once you substantially increase the fueling requirements of your LS1, unexpected things can happen and the result of running leaner than usual with a modified car can be much more severe than what would happen with a stock car.

If you're in the market for a wideband O2 system/gauge setup, we think you'll find the following products attractive in terms of price, form, and function.

First up is the G2 gauge -- I will likely end up running two of these in my car to monitor each engine bank's performance. The twin gauges will give me at-a-glance feedback on how each bank is performing relative to the other and non-tune related issues (problems with plugs, injectors, or fuel system balancing) will be more apparent this way. In addition to that, this will give me information on which bank is generally leanest, so that I can account for this when tuning the vehicle.

Also, the ever-popular G3 gauge. These go great with Cobalt gauges.

And let's not forget the original DB gauge series, available in both red and blue LEDs.

To order any of these products, simply click the image of the product and you'll be taken to our online store! Any order placed before 4PM EST ships same day, and we have each of the above in stock and ready to ship!

What exactly is included in this kit? Does it include the oxygen sensor, the oxygen sensor bung, etc. Also is this used just to monitor the air/fuel ratio? What is normal air/fuel ratio for these cars?

All wideband kits include the oxygen sensor, bung, and wideband controller. The wideband setup is in fact used to monitor air/fuel, although I primarily use mine when tuning my car.

Normal air/fuel at cruise is stoich (14.7:1) but depending on mods and tuning may vary from that, and definitely varies from that at WOT. I run my TT car between 11:1 and 11.5:1 at WOT for safety, NA applications will be leaner than that.

Sorry it took me a while to get back to this thread -- I'm subscribed to it but somehow not receiving notification when the thread changed or new posts were added.

Best way to get a hold of me I guess is PM for the moment, I have been having trouble receiving subscription updates from this forum for the last week or so -- must be something with my mail server?
