Well, I never had the chance to put these on my 12 bolt and they have been up in my closet for 3 years!! so I am getting rid of them. $75 shipped.
I honestly forgot the namebrand, i'll have to look and see if it says it anywhere, but I know I bought only the best for my TA when i had it and bought whatever ppl said wouldn't whine "as long as they are installed correctly". I have personally never had these on my car.

$75 shipped is giving them away since shipping would most likely not be too cheap.

Yes, they will fit a 12 bolt.
