what casting numbers are good??? I've heard some are better then others??? i'll be porting them for a 383 stroker.

Historically the castings that end in '374' and '643' are the preferred choice by porters because they provide more material to work with.

Word has gotten out that those are most desireable, and you're looking at spending $150 - $200 for them.
