Is there a lift difference between the 2 sets?

I really don't know.
In 2001, GM introduced Z06 with 385 HP and the yellow set came with the LS6 engine.
In 2002, GM released 02 Z06 with 405 HP and the blue set is now LS6 springs for 02 to 04.
I would take the blue set

Yes there is a difference in lift capabilities on the springs:

01 LS6 springs: max lift .540

O.D:
I.D:
seat pressure: 90 @ 1.800
open pressure 260 @ ?

02+ LS6 springs or green: max lift ~.580

I.D:
seat pressure: 90 @ 1.800
open pressure: 294 @ ?
