Oil pressure sensor - replace it before putting the intake back on.

Oh yeah, that's a common f-up when swapping intakes. I broke mine too back when I was putting in an LS6 intake. Now I know to lift the large vacuum hose up to prevent pulling outward against the sensor. I think I got the new sending unit at a local auto parts store for around $50 maybe.

x2 You can pick a new one up at almost any auto parts store.

Make sure you tell them your year, not just LS1 - the '98 is different from the '99-'02. You've joined the club.
