Since you asked in your post, I will answer. Reality is that $350 shipped is on the high side. There are several out there right now going for $325 shipped and you're asking $340. Given the LS6 intake isn't some hot new item that is hard to find, people are waiting for good deals (myself included) and banking on people wanting to sell it quickly rather than quivel over $20.
