Default Loaded LS6 Intake FS

I have a loaded LS6 intake (12561182) with rails, injectors (12581462), Throttle body, Map Sensor, Purge Solenoid, bolts, etc complete off a dyno engine. Never saw street duty, was going to use it on my 6.0L project but bought an L92 instead. $550 shipped. I'll throw up some pics when I get them taken. Thanks

Please send me some pics. I have a '00 Camaro SS, and the LS6 intake is one of the mods on my list. Is there anything that you are not including that I would need to purchase?

I have read that this LS6 Intake is a direct bolt on replacement of my LS1 intake. Does this include the EGR modification? MAN, IF THIS IS A DIRECT BOLT ON OF THE BELOW ITEM, SEND ME PICS AND PAYMENT INFO IMMEDIATELY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I WILL BUY THIS NOW!

Best Regards,
Brad

Here are some pics....

I'll be honest I'm not sure what else you might need, gaskets but other than that, I cant say for sure. Maybe someone else can chime in on it.

Do you have the gaskets, or could I just reuse the ones that my current stock LS1 intake has on?

Could someone chime in and not buy this out from under me

If you were to check out the link I pasted on here, you'll notice the pictures. There is a adaption on the front of the intake... Your's doesn't look like it has that? I'm going to do some more research, and be in touch.

Thanks,
Brad

Thats everything you need except for the LS6 style coolant pipe & two plugs for the rear of the heads. I have the GM part #s here

LS6 coolant pipe-12602544 you need one of these
Coolant plugs-12602540 you need two of these

Use the bolts that hold down you LS1 style coolant crossover pipe.

That adapter you are talking about is for the EGR system. You can get an intake with it and use it, a lot of people delete the EGR system all together.

Ok, Thanks! I found those parts. However, like I mentioned, the SLP LS6 Upgrade Intake Manifold - 1998-2000 Camaro/Firebird has an EGR modification on the top of the manifold, just behind the throttle body. This LS6 intake manifold doesn't seem to have that.

To get this setup to work for my 2000 Camaro SS - LS1, all I would have to buy other than GRFMotorsports' intake set up is these three parts you listed?

Yes, as long as you delete your EGR system. Just need the coolant pipe & two plugs. You can even do it without those parts if you grind those waffle looking tabs on the bottom of the intake. If you grind them off then the manifold will fit down over the top of your existing LS1 coolant pipe.

But personally, I would buy the parts and do it right.

I'm not into grinding anything down, but what will be the result of delete my EGR system?

Sorry to have held the product up, and you have a sweet deal. If you have any other offers that will sell today, I'll understand if you accept them! I'm still a little uncertain about this one since it is without the EGR system modification for the LS1. Thanks.

Best Regards,
Brad

Removing the EGR will increase flow into the intake because it removes the big pipe from the air path. I think the LS6 intakes that you listed are modded mainly for people needing to pass emissions. I'm pretty sure the injectors are bigger than your factory ones also.
