I have a 85mm throttle body that has been ported and polished. I have over 8 hours in this tb and it will flow an amzing amount of air. The outside is polished as well. EDIT :Its a professional products tb, that has been completely redone by me. It is 100% brand new as well and never been bolted up or anything. I also believe i have the adapter to adapt to a ls1/ls6 intake.

Bump up... This is the tb i was going to use on my car and is probably one of my best port and polish jobs ever. I spent over 6 hours on this tb and it came out great.

not a bad deal i got mine at a hell of a deal but they sell new for 200+ for a polished one.

 

Thanks, i have also extensively ported this tb to flow much better than any other 85mm unit out there as well. Personally i wouldn't be surprised if it made about the same power as any 90mm unit.
