its ready to bolt on,all you will need is a momentary switch if you have a 98 car,otherwise its ready to go

Is this a PCM / harness related part? I plan on switching to a 99+ pcm soon.

it will work with either pcm and very easy to swap between the 2.its like 10 wires and youre done

what triggers the two step? you just wire it to the clutch/trans brake switch?

you can do that or u can wire it to a momentary switch
