Default Dyno Results - PRC 5.3L Stg 2.5, Torquer V3, Ported FAST 90

First off, BIG Thanks goes out to Bill Wright aka. Billiumss who tuned my car. Great guy. Hit a couple of snags like every car project does and he stuck in there for me. Spent pretty much all of Sunday getting it done. Mods are as follows.

PRC 5.3L Stage 2.5
Torquer V3 231/234 .644/.595 111+1
Vengeance Ported FAST 90
Bluemaxx TB
Kooks LT and Catted Y
GMMG Catback
ASP Underdrive Pulley.

Was kinda expecting a little more, but I think the somewhat restrictive exhaust may have something to do with it. I have the cats and the catback. ORY and cutout may have saw an increase. I only had 3 pulls, as the factory clutch was hating life right after the second pull. I can't be pissed at it, I knew what was coming. Here are some graphs and a couple of vids.

Kooks+LT%2fCattedY%2fGMMG%2c+PRC+5.3+Stg+2.5%2c+To rquer+V3

Kooks+LT%2fCattedY%2fGMMG%2c+PRC+5.3+Stg+2.5%2c+To rquer+V3

Pull+3+Kooks+LT%2fCattedY%2fGMMG%2c+PRC+5.3+Stg+2. 5%2c+Tor

Any and all input on the #s is appreciated.

Do you know what the duty cycle on the SVO 30# injectors was after tuning? I have the same setup you have sitting in my living room floor right now, minus the FAST setup and mines an auto. Have the same injectors too and just wanted to see how good they worked with this combo.

I see you were at Dynotune Motorsports who tuned your vehicle? I live in Columbus not far from there and will need a tuner soon.

nice numbers man, i put down 433/398 with the mods in sig....

go ahead and get that clutch fixed so you can get some track times up. I'm still afraid of mine with the stock 10 bolt to go get any times.

Hell no! I ain't gonna be the test mule. You were done with yours first, so I think you should go with a mild 4K clutch dump and report back the happenings.

Glad I could help you out Trevor. With having Cats on the car it really throws you off, you would think there is only a 224 cam in there. They work well too, just about no bad smells like a cat-less car has. Thats one mod I should do to my car.

I checked a log and it looks like your at about 82% Injector duty cycle, SVO 30lb injectors are perfect for ls1 cars making less than 475 RWHP.

Now you have to get your clutch fixed, I figured it wouldn't give us issues on the dyno but the smell told us other wise.

Have fun! Any questions just ask...

Bill

Nice numbers! I think you could gain 10-15 rwhp with !cats and a cutout, but that just gets to the point of is it worth the money for that little gain?

Sounds like you could use an ls7 clutch, I had one in my h/c camaro and it was perfect. Smooth as silk and handled everything I threw at it.

Thanks. I still don't know why the didn't make a factory Maple Red Metallic WS6. I just added a hood and found some 2000 N66 option rims for it. I really like the look of the Ram Air hood with MRM. Some colors can pull off the Sleek Beak, but MRM is not one of them IMO.
