Wilson 90* Elbow (PICS) and 6.0 Parts

I bought this elbow on e-bay. Paid $164.50. The seller didnt tell me it was a sideways mount elbow (towards the valve cover) Its in great shape. PN461102 fits 4150 intake. It has three holes drilled for vac source. (see pics)

$125.00 + shipping.

Also have cooling lines off a 02' 6.0 (LS6 type) $ 35.00 + shipping
6.0 oil pan and pickup tube $50.00 + shipping
6.0 balancer $30.00 + shipping

Looks like its a dominator flange, not a 4150?
