Have like the title says, a 2002 Ram air hood. It is pewter, and comes with attaching hardware, ram air box, and K&N filter. The hood is in pristine condition, looks great. Asking $700 plus shipping. I had it sold but the other guy backed out so it's back up. Can deliver if distance is right.

yea, the "other" guy was myself. I backed out due to an unexpected problem with my mortgage going through. I told him I wasnt backing out persay, however I wouldnt be able to send him the cash as quickly as we both had hoped. He basically told me he was keeping the 200 I sent him via paypal towards the hood. I tried to reason with him with no luck, and now he hasnt made contact in over a week. Tim, its messed up that you would even consider keeping the deposit I sent ya to hold the hood.. and I live in MI, i could use my cash back now more than ever!

I'm the one who bought the hood, he said he hadn't heard from you klepp1214, sent $850 yesterday, waiting for his reply.

 

rock on breathtaker, i told him go ahead and sell it if he found a buyer, i also said if he didnt i would totally take it off his hands, however my house is first priority unfortunately and my mortgage guy said more cash down or no go. Nonetheless.. not upset someone else got the hood, there will be others, I just want my deposit back.

 

He said he'll be out of town until the 11th of Nov.

Why wouldn't he give your deposit back?

 

Because he said he spent it already and it was my fault for "backing out"
