SOLDMake reasonable offer!

I am selling my t-56 with bellhousing, trans. mount, slave cylinder with 3' extension, master cylinder with drill mod, and Pro 5.0 short shifter.

I just purchased the master cyl and slave cylinder with 3' bleeder extension last spring. They were only used 1 summer! I have a ls7 clutch with this setup but its factory flawed so its going in the garbage(pedal goes to floor at high rpm).
I did have one problem with the transmission this summer, you had to really push the shifter to get it over to reverse. This im sure was just a solenoid issue, it didnt do it the remainder of the fall.

Otherwise the transmission worked just fine!

FYI I am doing a m6-4l80e swap is the reason for sale.

My son wants to put it in his 87 GTA with a 350 in it and a 5 spd(broken).From what i've been told the input shaft is too long for his v8,i think an lt1 t56 will fit,do you or any 1 know of any other problems,will the bell housing fit?He's a mechanic so he'll tear down the tranny anyways and get a new shaft.How much shipping to12919?

I am not familiar with the differences from an lt1 to ls1 t-56and input specs.
Guys, i dont know shipping costs, ill try figure that out with a frieght company monday. I would assume shipping is 100-200 but i dont know. Ill look into it.

 

I believe you'd have to change the bellhousing and the face plate as well. The LS1 bellhousing will fit a GEN 1 or 2 engine, but one bolt is in a different location and is unused in the swap. The problem, I believe, is the hydaulics. I'm pretty sure you'd need to switch to an LT1 bell, faceplate, clutch, flywheel, slave cylinder, master cylinder, TO bearing, and whatever else I'm missing. You'd probably be better off finding a T56 from an LT1 F-body.
