I payed for a lower airbox from blown90lx on November 18th, via private message I was told that it would be sent on November 19th through fedex. After this communication from the seller stopped, numerous attempts to contact the seller have been made here on lstech and over at ws6zxr.com where he goes by the name 383SS. I have yet to receive a tracking number from him and so far the part still isn't here and I doubt it will ever show up.

After the payment was made messages were read and ignored(messages were tagged for read receipts) and eventually not read and ignored altogether even though the members profiles showed that they had logged in after the messages were sent.

A Paypal claim has been made, we'll see where that goes.

I seems this isn't the first time this has happened with this seller, I contacted a previous "customer" of his and was told he has quite a history as a bad seller at places other than ls1tech.

Stay away from this guy, I'm glad I may have only lost $35.

 

trust me this is not the first time mike hasselwood screwed someone over maybe i can get this guy named chad on here to talk about how mike screwed him over for a few thousand on trying to make a turbo kit.

Damn it looks like you had quite a few sellers for that airbox and you picked the wrong one, bad luck man.

 

Yeah it sucks, the price was right and I figured it was worth the risk...damn was I wrong. Some people weren't getting back to me right away or didn't have exactly what I wanted...of course as soon as he got the money that great response time in reply to my PM's went out the window.

 

I just got my money back with the claim, at least it worked out I guess other than blown90lx wasting my time.

What really burns me is that a couple days after I payed for this item I found a lid, lower airbox, filter tray, and everything else for $40 locally but passed on it since I thought this was on the way. It has since been sold....thanks again blown90lx.

 

I GOT FUCKED OVER BY THE SAME GUY!.....he sold me a set of TEA stg. 1 heads, that were supposedly in great condition....i got them checked out and the valves aren't seating correctly!

looks like you gave his friends trader rating a bad mark he uses both accounts his other is blown90lx,he is a scammer for life a thief as well but give his other profile a bad trader rating his fat *** deserves it

 

yea he fked me to on a used counter shaft for a t56. told me it was in great condition and when i finally got it (3 weeks later) 4th gear teeth were chewed up VERY bad! i asked for a refund and he will not respond back.... bad feedback coming soon!!!!!!

That's funny, looking at their trader ratings it looks like 1BAD02WS6 gave blown90lx a positive trader rating just to bump up his positive feedback. What a ******* scammer.

I like the way this thread is headed, maybe it'll save some people from being scammed by him and his friend/alter ego in the future. The trader rating system is there for a reason, let's all use it.

 

this sucks. i know both of these guys personally. i actually roomed with 1bad. ill make a few phone calls.

 

i have since changed my password. The only reason i let him use my account is that he is a very good friend and has always gone out of his way to help me, but is sure looks like he has some work to do (fixing these problems). I can assure you the Blown90lx and I are not the same person. jed.only and Smokn'z can confirm that.

I really kinda sucks that i must get the negative trader ratings, but i broke the rules by letting someone use my name and i deserve it.
