Default tsench a thief and scammer?

I sure hope he is not, but it is not looking good after 5 days now of no correspondence since I purchased a set of wheels and tires from him in this thread. I sent him paypal for the agreed amount on Tuesday 1-8-08 because he said he HAD to have the payment right then or he'd sell to someone else. I wanted to wait until Thursday 1-10-08 to send the paypal because that is when my paycheck entered my account. But he insisted he would not do the deal with me unless I paid him Tuesday. Well I moved some funds around which was sort of a PITA but I found a way to make it happen. Then he tells me he can't ship them out until Thursday anyways. I was very mad, but let it go. Well, now he will not respond to my PM's or e-mails and I am starting to wonder if I sure hope not, but there was another member in that thread trying to buy an LS6 manifold from him who went thru a lot of BS and hassle as well. I know he has (or had) a decent feedback score, which is why I trusted him in the first place, but I am starting to get annoyed seeing as how he is logged in to LS1tech every night and he does not reply to any of my PMs

mods need to restrict him from posting in sales until this matter is resolved. here lately there been so many ppl scammed here. wtf is wrong w/ ppl these days . even if he hadnt shipped out your purchased items he could atleast have the decency to give ya a heads up and let ya know what the deal is. when ppl start getting ignored especially after making a sizeable purchase they tend to get a lil impatient and annoyed, which is very understandable. if it were me id be ready to kill someone not for the $$ but just the fact of them trying to screw me over .

nice ride by the way hope all ends well for you. good luck

Thanks man, you have no idea how infuriated I am at this moment. It is all I can do to restrain my composure on this matter on the forum. All I want is the wheels and tires I paid for. That should not be an unreasonable request.

What a ****** asshat this guy is. I hate people who unlawfully take honest workin peoples money. Especially friends of mine. I have had many transactions on this board without issue thankfully & I have always returned the favor. I feel honest selling, buyin & trading of parts is a key part of this board for some members & it makes me sick to see people take advantage of it.

I hope you catch this guy Chad & I'll keep an eye out for him on the board too. Sorry this had to happen to such a nice & helpful guy.

Do the mods actually take action on these threads, or is this whole section just for venting? Just wondering if I need to take the initiative to get the mods involved or if they look into these matters automatically?

i've had it happen twice now, after the first time i told myself i wouldnt buy from anyone off here ever again and would only do it in person from now on. The second time the person had a good feed back and was on here for a good while so i hoped for the best, but it happend again so ive learned my lesson for good now.

This guy is definitely a scammer, his account balance is over $1k negative in his paypal acount because of disputes. Two of them are for the intake which he seems to keep trying to sell to multiple users. All 3 complaints are for non receipt he must not care about his credit too much cuz this balance will be sent to collections after 45 days if not paid. Sorry chad I know we have discussed things earlier and I have been watching it for you.

When I searched his threads the whole first page is ls6 intake and wheels for sale. He was trying to sell the same thing to multiple people and his pm is great but u just spent $800 on wheels and his excuse is I've been busy with work!!! WTF? Also I'd like to know how hes gonna refund you since his account balance is so negative. I know hes already spent the money since he used his paypal debit card to spend the money that was in his paypal balance. So unless all his hard work is gettin paid well then he doesnt have the money in his bank to pay you back.

If he doesn't pay me back, then he better ship out the wheels. If he doesn't ship out the wheels things are going to get REAL bad for him- and I'm not just talking about his credit! I will say no more on a public forum.

Welp, paypal granted my dispute, but of coarse he has no money in his account, so until someone puts money in his account, I am still out! I have his phone number, but it goes straight to voicemail every time I call... I am so effing mad right now I can't think straight.

LOL, I know exactly what your talkin about. Let the games begin. This P.O.S. needs to know he can't scam people & nothing come from it. I have a feeling he will regret having ever talked to you my friend.

I have had this kinda thing happen to me once but then I took care of the situation... Sometimes these kinda asshatz need a lesson in respect to others. Dont take to long and let this guy disapear like so many others do on these forums. Get the PoPo's involved asap and put him behind bars or atleast ebat the hell outta him with a bar.

Hey Chad, since his account is in the negative, file a chargeback with your bank, you will get your money back they will just take it straight from Paypal.
