Six Speeds Inc. has NEW WORLD RECORD 1st LS1 M6 T56 in the 8's. 8.935@153!!!!!! That is correct guys we have the FIRST LS1 T56 M6 in the 8's. We ran today at Houston Raceway Park.

3250 Weight With Driver on HRP's scales

Of course we have it on video and as soon as we get to the shop tomorrow I will upload and post the video. The track wasn't very good as the 1st pass it blew the tires away but still went 9.2 @ 152. We knew this was going to be a decent day. We only got 2 passes and on the 2nd pass we hit the 8.935. We decided since the dew was worse, fog comming in and the track was getting dangerous to load it up and head home.
A huge THANKS to Madman and Co. Racing, BMR Fabrication, Greg Good Cylinder Heads, Dean Harvey at Comp Cams SIX SPEEDS INC. of COURSE, Gibson Concrete and all of our crew (Scott, Aaron and Suzanne).
WE FINALLY HAVE THE 1ST LS1 M6 T56 IN THE 8'S. And we put 5/6 gear back in just to make it a true 6 SPEED T56. Naturally Aspirated of Course.

I dont think ill ever forget the look on peoples faces in the stands when we were jumping up and down when we saw 8.93 on the board! "dude, whats wrong with that guy!" LOL

Congrats Joe and Amber. I've been out all day but Lil Urn just told me he was out with you and you guy's are now in the 8s and you can probably go a lil faster even still! Jud may be in danger if you guys get more runs in later! Congrats again on being the fastest also with the T56 as well.

The field is getting fast everywhere!
Those datalogs on the car look crazy when you see what that motor is pulling too as well.
Congrats again you two! Lot of hard work and it is really showing now! I still need to make that trip up to the shop to see you both.
