Yes, these are the "fixed" non-blue stripe springs. I don't have a comparison picture, but they are much beefier. These basically replaced the problem batch that people were having problems with breaking.

I have been running the revised 918's for 9k miles with my .585" lift cam, and zero problems. Several 6,500 rpm pulls and even a couple missed shifts too
I wouldn't have any problem recommending these springs for their rated lift.
