ok ill explain what i am dealing with.....

Tysonz28 was selling complete engine harness for 00 a4

i sent him money order he recieved and cashed it...

i asked for tracking numbers for the shipment of the harness..have not recieved them...and agian and again get a differnt story..

ok time to matters into my own hands..find his phone number easy to do..

call him whats the deall uh ah it sould of been there two days ago..


where are the tracking numbers i lost the reciept..then tells me he called the ups store and they said he had to come in to get the tracking numbers..


humm funny i called the same ups store he is now claiming his girlfriend shipped the harness...had them look up my zip code and look up my name...


nothing is found to be shipped..call him umm im working i have some dilveries i will see whats going on..



this is after last night he says ill take care of it as soon as i get up in the morning...........im off work tomaroww....now i call him today and he says im working im on call....ok whatever..


then i see him on tech viewing sale sections of parts..he has time to look for parts but not make a phone call...to the UPS store he claims to have sent it from...

now i have called the company that i have placed the money order with...and they said they can easly put a stop payment to it refund my money...and offically file a attepmted theft charge with the local police..

i dont want to do anyone of this but i will not be burned again on a sale...

now this all can be a simple missunderstanding..but its seems im getting to many shady answers wont reply back to pm's

and if i was in his shoes and selling somthing id be jumping thorugh hoops to make sure i got the new tracking numbers...ASAP

 

and now im seeing the orginal post he made selling the harness has been deleted


cause i made two post there asking for the tracking numbers...

mods can you bring back that thread

anyone buy something from tysonz28

he is claiming he shipped wheels the same time he shipped my harness


what do you guys think...im a shooting the gun to soon??? things are just not adding up...

I had an issue with the way the whole deal went down..as far as the fact that he had his GF do the business. Some of the things were wrong that she had told him regarding my shipment, like the weight of the Item. I was already pissed when I found out that it wasn't him that had the $605 I sent..then to find out that he had his GF handle all the shipping stuff where the Info got messed up made me fuggin Irate..
I went to UPS.com and just happened to be smart enough to try both freight and regular ship options to put in the Info he gave me to get my Tracking Number. He gave me an Order Confirmation Number before that, that number was to them saying they placed the order, I had to explain that fact to him and get all the detials from him to put in the site to get my Tracking Number.

I did recieve my Package this past Monday..IMO the deal could of went alot smoother..I have sold stuff and I make sure every detail is covered and I let the buyer know everything.. but that's just me though.

I told the guy I got his stuff and I'd leave him a feedback.. but personally I'm kinda partial to that..expecially since he really didn't do any of the Transaction..

I hope you get your stuff bro.. I was a little pissed and I let the guy know..

that really scared him and suddley the packing is sitting at ups confirmed to ship to me...

lil SOB should refund my damn money for being such a *****..

if it would of been all call i was gonna offer to buy the transmisson he had off of him to...

hopefully he learned his lesson....and wont try and screw good people over anymore

so help me god if there is anything wrong with the harness...i will be on a space a (Free flight they go to right where he lives daily) flight right down to flordia to collect my money with the police...

finally got him to admit he lied and never sent it out...suddley its sitting in the ups store now boxed up...and suppose to be here on friday...

dude i apologize. im an amatuer at all this. the harness was the second thing i had ever shipped. i waited to long to take it off the car. again im sorry. i dont blame u 4 anything hurting my rating. i would do the same thing. the harness is off my 2000 z28 a4. i spun a couple bearings a year ago and hasnt been driven since. the car is stock and nothing has been touched on the harness
