I have a set of used QTP 1 7/8" headers with the HVMC's. They are stainless. They are a little beat up but not terrible. They were on another car that was in a fire, so there is some small pieces of plastic stuck on them. I might be able to get that off before I ship them though? They also had a dent in one of the tubes. I had the dent pretty much pulled out, and grinded down. They are in good useable shape though and these are no longer made by QTP, so your lucky to find another set around. These have made over 500HP on a N/A 408.

How well did they fit? Did the K member have to be notched?

 

Not for sure. I never put them on my car. Motor is being finished up right now. I dont see any areas were it looks like they were hitting anything.

Decided not to use them because I plan on getting ceramic coated headers. My car is going to be for show and drag. Mostly show because I am going on motor 3 and dont want to blow this one up Just want some shiny new ones. If these didnt sell, I was planning on pulling the dent (already done) and having them coated. PM coming your way.
