first: mossberg 500 persuader tactical. this 12 guage has been taken shooting twice, and is a good gun for home defense and anything else you would want from a shotgun... i got it for a little over $300 and will let it go for $250.

second: walther 22 with a laser on it. i got this little fella b/c i liked the laser and said that it would be "my carry peice" but i don't have a chl, so i don't carry. Plus i and fixin to be moving into my own place and could use the money much more than i could use the gun... also, this one has only been taken out one time and i only fired maybe 30-40 rounds through it i think. purchased for a tad north of $360. will take $310 for it.

yea it is.

 

i wouldnt carry a .22 as a defensive weapon unless you really just wanted to **** the guy off. and in texas you dont need a license to carry in your car. That said, p22's are great target/plinking guns especially cause the ammo is so cheap.

Also in texas guns are not registered to any person, you submit your paperwork when you buy it but that is just so that the gun store can show they sold it to someone who passed the background check.

so in TX, if you buy a firearm from the store and then later want to sell it, there is no hassle?

 

Nope there is no hassle. It's good practice though to create a bill of sale though for tracking purposes.

Tell me more about the P22. How many owners, servicing, pics, rounds you used? And what comes with? Mags, case, service kit?

 

I am the first and only owner of the p22. it has only been taken out once, and i put maybe 40 rounds through it and to be honest i am not even sure what they were, a friend of mine had them and i just used them. it has the case, lock, two mags, and all the manuals that came with it. like i said it was fired the one time then cleaned and has been sitting in my closet.
