The wheels are in good condition. Kumho's have a good 85% treadlife. The Nitto's have a few more runs left (one needs a patch from a couple nails, and the same tire has what looks like a cut from something but it doesn't leak. It's pictured also). I have 19 lugs and 17 lug caps. All reasonable offers will be entertained. I've posted pics of the (1) wheel that had a lil bit of rash. I just painted it to where you wouldn't know it's even there.
