2001 procharged SS for sale I am thinking of selling my car and I just wanted to gauge the interest if potential buyers. It is a 2001 SS black with black vinel. 6 speed freshly rebuilt with approx 1000 miles on it, pro 5.0 shifter. the rear end has a new auburn posi unit with stock gears and a bearing support cover(has about 3,000 miles on it). the engine has about 10,000-12,000 miles on it and was built oil pan to intake by east coast supercharing. the only aftermarket internals are manley pistons and rods with heavy duty clievite(spelling?) bearings. Kook's 1 7/8 full length headers with off road y pipe and borla 3" exhaust. ATI balancer factory crank, heads, ls6 intake, cam. stock throttle body hand ported by me. racetronix 255 lph intake pump, motron 60 lbs injectors. procharger D1SC with custom front mount intercooler running 16 psi. snow performance meth injection. tunning done by Matt at TTP.
The only work done on this vehicle that was not done by myself was enginebuilding and tunning. I am an ASE master certified tech for mercedes-benz with 8 years of experiance in the automotive field.
this is by no means a show car but a very very nice driver. It went 11.302 @ 124.78 without meth. the car made 591 rwhp and 582 rwtq but we had to shut it down at 5,400 rpm because it was running out of fuel. all it needs are bigger fuel rails(kits are sold by many companys) and it will put down over 600 rwhp. I just have not gotten around to getting the rails.
other than needing fuel rails it needs rear tires. it has bfg drag radials on it now.
I will be asking somewhere around $17,000 for it. I do not need to sell it but I want to buy a house so I'm just doing the smart thing even though i really dont want to part with it.
I have exact mileage on the engine i just have to find the documentation. I will have pics up once i clean it up and the weather gets a little nicer.if you have any questions feel free to ask as i hide nothing and am completely 100% upfront.

these are the pictures i have of the car and the engine right before it went back in. I will get some more shortly. the car has not seen rain in three years and has never been hit by the way.
