After having my old Turbonetics T76 take a crap on me a few weeks back I have finally recieved my new turbo. I got prices on the same turbo from a couple of different places but in the end I bought it through Modular Turbo which is a sponser on here. I just wanted to take the time and share my experience with this sponser. Rob is a great guy and takes very good care of his customers. His prices are unbeatable!!!! Im talking hundreds of dollars over others! Another thing i really liked is when he tells you he will call you back, he actually does it! Not like many other places that "got busy" or some other bs and you end up having to call them back. Anyone looking for a turbo check with him first! Thanks again Rob!

It kinda works!? LOL I had a friend do it for free so you can imagine the outcome...
You can view it but you cannot buy from it yet, and its missing about 99% of my available products. But honestly I don't really like selling something to someone without talking to them first, my mission statement if you will is "the right part the first time" and when it comes to custom setups especially Turbo cars, there are a lot of variables that need to be discussed, and most overlook a thing or two.
Basically what I'm saying is "I want to get to know my customer and make sure that he/she knows what to expect and not expect" and this cannot be done properly over PM, email, AIM, etc etc etc.

 

Gimme some credit for pushin you to become a sponser on the site =)

BTW he took the time on his weekend to find the right size fitting for my pump! Then he Called me untill i answered just to confirm it! A+

Well when i blow my motor and decide to forge my block and up the boost(new turbo)... I know who to come to. More important than price to me. Is nice people who are helpful. Ill love helping out guys like that.

haha...got the same price you did on my first one. but guess what. I got this one for under 1k. ok so just one cent under 1k but still!!!

 

yeah i was told 1100 shipped and were in stock, so after a few months later and a couple hundred more finally got it. live and learn. i may just turbo the old truck

Glad to see more people getting to know Modular Turbo. I've known Rob for a while now and I cannot imagine a more honest person. He's helped me out on several things even before joining LS1Tech as a sponsor. He will always look out for his customer no matter what. I'm going to be buying quite a few items from him for various projects in the next few months. I encourage everyone to call him and talk to him and see for yourself what a straight shooter he is. I drove DVS99TRANS 's car today all I can say is holy ****, that ****** is fast! We are definitely gonna have to race when I finish the turbo shop car.
