THIS IS FOR A 4L60-E... Came off my 1998 Z28...
Bought it off a board member, had 2000 miles on it... I put it in and it was really good on the street taking other cars out, stalled to 3600 like it was supposed to, I loved it
!
Then I put a cam in and I can't afford gas
Too much stall for me so I bought a Circle D 3200 2.5 and just had it put in, lower stall and tighter, good daily driver...
I didn't even put 4000 miles on the converter because I haven't had to change the oil in the engine since I got it
I think I MAYBE but 1500 miles on it...
Converter definitely has less than 4000 miles total on it... Fuddle also contacted me when I bought it, transferred the warranty into my name so it may still have some of the warranty left, I don't know for sure though...
Just put a new built tranny in along with the converter (I just cammed it and the transmission had 158K miles on it so I figured do it now while I have some money before it breaks when I don't). Mechanic said pan was clean, no metal at all so all should be fine...
It is in the box ready to be shipped... Here's a pic:

BRAND NEW these cost $675...
