DMH cutout 3" plate with wiring

100$ + 9$ shipping. Pipe not included. Only reason I'm getting rid of it is because I don't use it. I believe around 3 years of warranty still left

Is a toggle switch and turndown all that is needed to use it?

yes, like I said I have the wiring, the switch too. Everything you need to run a cutout except the pipe.
