THIS IS 6LE's SPLITTER.

Yeah, here they are. On a car installed by a someone who forgot he had instructions. It looks so much better in person, and it still looks damn good in pics. I've tested it in a 90 MPH run and it held on great. The middle bolts were only hand tightened because I got tired of cutting my skin on the bumper. Also, if these go for sale and you bolt it up, please read the instructions, it will save you about 3 hours (shouldn't take longer than an hour in the first place), I was just lazy and though I could get away with it.











Yeah the cars a little dirty. Feel free to ask me for more angles, I'll be happy to shoot them. I WILL NOT however shoot under the car to show the shape and bolt placement, sorry.

Btw meaning of the title is in reference to 6LE's other post because he said he's done with his appearance mods, I on the other hand am just getting started. Just so everyone understands that correctly.

No, the clarification post I made was to state, this is 6LITEREATER's splitter and it's my first major appearance mod. I am NOT selling these. This was simply a test.

 

I'd like to see one body color-maybe someone will photchop it.

 

I would like to see what it looks like if you bend down and are almost even with the splitter from either the side and front, or and angle that kinda shows both. I wanna make sure it doesnt look weird or sticks out too far

In the first pic, towards the right, you can see part of the bolt...is there a noticeable gap there?

No, it's tight to the fender. Like I said, I didn't get a chance to tighten it, it's only hand tight and it stays really secure. I'm going to go over all the bolts tomorrow in the light. I started on this late and my the time I was done my forearm looked like hamburger meat, got sunburned and I was satisfied with it being on there.

looks damn good. Next mod should be to ditch those stock wheels!

 

1st Post, Last Picture:
Looks like the spitter is misaligned a little, seems in the pic like it sticks out a little more from drivers side. Otherwise looks ok.

Indeed. Getting black 10 spokes with a red pinstripe sometime next month along with Strano springs and C5 brakes powdercoated red. Should look badass.

Looks great on your car! Forgot to say, if you want it to go further out just oblong the holes back and to retract it vice versa (if you retract a lot you'll have to dremel a little of the back but very little and very easy).

I'm not saying anything about pricing, production, etc... and hope Daniel won't either since that is what got me in trouble last time.

Needless to say, when they are available, through a sponsor, everyone will know...

 

I dunno maybe it needs to be painted but it just looks out of place for some reason.

I think it looks great. Its prolly just the factory wheels that make it look weird.

 

Yeah it got here, but no one signed for it, lol. I still need to drill the holes out larger tomorrow, I couldn't find a big enough bit so I just flexed it putting it on.

I won't be saying anything about the splitter and I won't respond to any splitter related PM's. I will keep adding pics. though.

I hope G.I. Joe won't suck. I sort of wanted to see it.
