As difficult as this is I must sell my 2002 Z28. I just cannot justify keeping it. Here is the low down. A good friend of mine who owns a Corvette salvage business in my area bought this car in Oct of 2003. It was purchased as a fresh water flood. The carpets and seat bottoms were damp. We removed the seats and the carpet and replaced them with new carpets and seats. This car has a branded title. It can be registered in any state.

After seeing the car I purchased it from my buddy and have owned it since Nov 2003. When purchased the car had 22,000 miles on it. Today it has 28,000. I have babied this car since purchase. Every year I would take a week off from work and spend the whole week detailing the car. I had a few nicks and scratches repaired professionally and had the entire front end blended and painted when I put the SS hood on about 2 years ago. At that time I also had the roof halo replaced. The paint and body are near perfect. There is a small scratch on the rear quarter. The body kit is rare on the Z28 but this was a factory installed kit not an aftermarket kit (I know most people here hate this but I liked it). This kit was mostly used on V6 Camaro's.

As for mods, I have not done anything to the engine other than dress it up and install a Bo White ported TB. Below is a list of other mods I have done.

I had copies of the original sticker made and they will go with the car. The stereo has to be heard to appriciate. All wiring was first class. I spent about 4k just on all the stereo gear not to mention my time installing it. Before the stereo went in the eDead went down. My ears give up before the stereo does. It's probably not going to win any SPL contests but it sure gets loud to me. The Focal drivers are outstanding.

I'm sure I'm leaving some items out but as I remember them I'll update this listing. Mechanically the car runs great. I have always used German Castrol 0W-30 and changed the oil every year even though I only put about 1500-2000 miles per year on her. i have never had any issues with the car at all. Plugs were changed at 25,000 miles with NKG TR55 plugs. Wires were also changed at that time. I'm asking 9,500 as she sits right now with all of the above. I am only interested in sale for cash. No trades.

sorry to hear about your job man. this is everything im looking for low miles 02 right price .But im sure you can sympathize with this. i lost my job during the economys 1st big hit . i got a new 1 that pays well but it will be atleast 3 months for me to be able to save up that kind of money . if only this car would be for sale in 3 months : (

I'm really interested in your Z. Do you have pictures of the hatch area? Also, where are you located in PA. I'm in FL but don't mind traveling to pick up a car. I have cash and I'm a serious buyer for the right deal. In one of the pictures it looks like part of the center console is out. Has that piece been replaced?
