Is this sig okay?

For the third time I was told my sig was in violation. Even though I touched NOTHING since each previous time and had my image resized by a mod here after the first so called violation. I made my image and type even smaller then what we are allowed, is this okay?

You can make your sig pic up to 500x150.

I had a smaller pic then you and less type and I was told it was still not right....


I just don't want anymore confusion because different mods seem to have different opinions.
