posting a pic on sig

How do I post a good picture on my sig. I know how to post a pic on my sig however I have do downsize them so much that you can't even see the thing when I post a reply on a thread. Its extremely small. LEt me know

Post the big version of it, ill try to make the text bigger so you can read it when it's smaller
