Default 9 sec m6 guys come in please

What clutch are you guy's running? My old spec 3I is still holding strong but it's time to upgrade. Last outing it pulled a 1.45 60ft but the engine is getting freshened up and with the other changes I made seems silly to put my old clutch back in . Thanks in advance guys

I'm going to change to a slipper clutch to try and get this car to 60'. I have been running a tex oz700, but my trap speed has dropped ~10mph and I think the clutch is at fualt.

I run a RAM Variable Diaphram System with 900 series sintered-iron disc. Virtually unbreakable and decent street manners.

I'm gonna give angermanagement a call to see how they like that mcleod soft lock. Right now it's between that and a spec 5. That soft lock set up is hard on the pocket- 1,800

the soft lock is a iron disc . As far as indestructable,,,,,,, the t56 isn't so thats why I'm thinking of switching over to a soft lock to save the tranny

I am also looking for a clutch for close to 900hp NA set-up.
I like the idea of the soft lock for the reason you mentioned about easier on the tranny, also it won’t shock the tires as much and should 60’ better. I would still like to be able to street drive it on the weeks once in a while and that might not work with the soft lock as it might glaze up the disc.
