Default suspension set up

what are you guys using for the rear setup on a torque arm car. my springs are my main concern along with sway bar. cant do a drag bar because stupid me had the 9" powder coated already.

I use dual rear airbags to stiffen up the rear. If you're concerned about your springs you may want to try them.
I also use the Spohn dragbar.

I run a 150 pound 10" spring with an adjustable spring perches. If you had it powder coated so what, grind it off then repaint that spot. A car like yours built for drag racing, I would think would use dedicated drag designed parts.

where did you get the springs from ^^^. the whole setup still uses a torque arm but has extensive suspension work done to it. i beleive it is the only S&W race car equipped 9" car running a true 4" exhaust all the way to the back of the car. i have never seen suspension like what my fabricator built for it. the spring is the last of the setup i need because i am going to try the drag bar until the new 6.6 high comp, solid roller, nitrous motor is done and will move to a bar setup from one of the sponsors that connect from the rear to the frame (forgot what they call it).

ragenz28 i have followed your car and love it, 40" is awesome. where in cali is port hueneme, are you going to LA INVASION?
